You know, I've taken stabs at writing blogs on and off for the last few years, and for whatever reason they always just seem to fall apart. There's nothing to make me think this attempt will be any more successful, but for whatever reason, I'm giving it another shot. I really don't think I have anything particularly interesting to say. At this very moment, I'm actually quite sure that I don't. At this very moment.
I guess the bottom line is this: sometimes I want to preserve my thoughts for my own records, and I'm too lazy to hand-write them. This is the easiest way to do it, hands down, and there's always the off chance that someone else might enjoy reading them. Besides, it's the start of a new year, and to be quite honest, my 2010 wasn't the best. I'm hoping 2011 will be better, and maybe putting my thoughts into words from time to time will help me make it better. Here's to hoping, anyway!
I'll probably also blog in Spanish every now and then, just because. There was a time when that would have required that I feel particularly ambitious, but now it's kind of a "six of one, half dozen of the other" situation, although my English is a hell of a lot better than my Spanish.
We'll see what happens.
